The system of round-the-clock monitoring of resources is installed and maintained on the servers of ServersHill. Its main feature is the ability to receive messages from our experts about a potential problem at any time. If our customer is supported in automatic mode, then our specialists will begin to restore the normal operation of the service as quickly as possible after they received an error message.
If necessary, the customer can also gain access to these messages by their duplication to the customer’s email address.
A web interface is also provided in the monitoring system. Optionally, the customer can access it to monitor the status of its resources in real time.
